Shannon is a business leader and advisor with over 25 years of experience advising local and national organizations across a variety of industries and sectors. Her career has been focused on collaborating with public and private sector clients specializing in organizational change, workforce optimization strategies, and effective operational business workflows. Shannon helps leaders and teams achieve targeted organizational performance goals in times of start-up, scaling the business, technology transformation, M&A activity, culture shift and reorganization.
